All Sales Final

Due to the nature of our products, all sales are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations once an order has been placed.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery at:

Please include:

• Your order number

• Photos of the product and packaging

• A description of the issue

We will review the request and, if approved, may offer a replacement at our discretion.

Shipping Responsibility

Peps N Pink Labs is not responsible for:

• Delays caused by shipping carriers

• Lost or stolen packages marked as delivered

• Incorrect shipping addresses provided at checkout
